- User Content: Community feed posts, marketplace listings, comments, visa timeline logs, and direct chat messages you send to other users.
- Device & Diagnostics: Platform, OS version, and non-identifying operational error logs to maintain service reliability.

We process your data to deliver the SettlinQ service, facilitate community interactions, authenticate accounts, ensure safety under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and prevent abusive or illegal conduct. We do not sell your personal data or track you across third-party websites for advertising.

In compliance with Apple Guidelines and GDPR Article 17, you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time: Profile ▸ Settings ▸ Delete Account Permanently. All your posts, notifications, and profile records are erased from our database immediately.
